The Fabulous Fotting Years began for me at BREL Doncaster Works Open Day on 18th June 1978 and continued until the last Virgin locomotive hauled service finished on the 19th August 2002.

Regretably some of the negatives from the earlier years have significantly deteriorated, in spite of carefully storing them in negative albums.
